The artist

Crowd with raised hands at an outdoor daytime set, the DJ in sunglasses at the centre

Ellaime is a DJ and producer based in Amsterdam, working across house and garage in the widest sense. Sets and productions are built around groove, with playful selections and left-field turns that keep a room curious.

The approach is exploratory rather than formulaic: familiar rhythms, unexpected records, and an ear for what makes people move.
